Kent v Sussex 30th March 2019
Over 130 of Kent's and Sussex Masters swimmers enjoyed a fabulous night of competition.
The Kent v Sussex Masters Cup is a fast and furious competition designed to encourage participation in Masters swimming in both Kent and Sussex and more widely in the South East. While the competition provides an opportunity to compete together as Counties it also provides an opportunity to meet and socialise and renew friendships.
Our team was selected from 16 of Kent's clubs, with National record holders, medalists as well as swimmer returning to competition for the first time, and just as importantly swimmers developing and trying this event for the first time. Well done all of you!
The event was highly competitive and supported throughout by both County Presidents, officials, and the AOE team, without whom this event would not have been possible. We are deeply grateful, and hope you all enjoyed the fast racing as much as the swimmers.
