The 2024 Annual Council Meeting which will take place on Saturday 28 September at the Holiday Inn Express, London Road, Wrotham Heath, Sevenoaks TN15 7RS.

The doors will open and tea/coffee will be served at 10.30am.  The ACM will start at 11.00am and will include the presentation of awards listed in the Annual Report, followed by a buffet lunch.

Please note that the form is valid only for the registration of affiliated club/association delegates to attend the meeting and must only be completed and submitted by the secretary of the designated club.

The number of delegates is based on each club's Swim England membership as at 31 July. To verify the eligibility of your delegate(s) to vote on behalf of your club/association at this year's ACM, complete the information below. Please note that any delegates above the number listed in brackets against your club's name will be able to attend but will not be eligible to vote.
