To make an initial contact with Kent Swimming's Welfare Officer, Chelsey Denney, please complete the form below. All information will be shared on a strictly 'need to know' basis only. This form can be used by athletes (children and adults), parents, other club members, teachers/coaches, etc, to:
- report a concern
- make a disclosure
- ask for guidance related to: welfare (children and adults), inclusion, equality and diversity, safety, and related issues
- ask for support with a new or ongoing issue within your club
- ask for information on related policies and procedures
