Attendee (non-voting)
The 2024 Annual Council Meeting which will take place on Saturday 28 September at the Holiday Inn Express, London Road, Wrotham Heath, Sevenoaks TN15 7RS.
The doors will open and tea/coffee will be served at 10.30am. The ACM will start at 11.00am and will include the presentation of awards listed in the Annual Report, followed by a buffet lunch.
All members of the KCASA are welcome to attend and if you would like to be a delegate with voting rights for your club, please do contact your club secretary first of all. However, as each club has a limit on the number of delegates, it might be that the upper limit has already been reached, which means that you can still attend but will not have voting rights. If this is the case, then complete the form below. If you are not sure of your Swim England membership number, it can be found here.
Alternatively, you might fall into one of the following categories:
- President / Vice President / Past President
- Honorary Life Member
- Officers (Chairman/Treasurer/General Secretary) and other members of the Executive
- Other members of the Management Committee: Discipline Managers / other Managers / Appointed Role Holders
