You are invited to attend the 2021 Annual Council Meeting which will take place on Tuesday 19 October starting at 20:00 via Zoom.
One of these presentations will be for the Edward G Maples Memorial Trophy 2021 which is your chance to nominate someone in your club who most probably regularly goes beyond the call of duty - especially during the difficult last eighteen months. Nominations should be made using this form. Please note the closing date is 9 October 2021.
Two notices have been emailed out to all clubs, other affiliated organisations, President, Vice President, Past Presidents, Honorary Members, Officers, Management Committee, and Discipline/other Managers/appointed role holders confirming the date and time of this ACM, together with a copy of the following:
Zoom log-in details of the meeting will be circulated to all registered attendees a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting. Please follow the registration details below.

The following KCASA members make up the Council and have voting rights on the basis of one person, one vote irrespective of the number of roles held:
1. Club/Association Delegates
Affiliated clubs and associations can nominate delegates on the following basis: 1 delegate from clubs with up to 50 members 2 delegates from clubs with between 51 and 200 members 3 delegates from clubs with over 200 members 1 delegate from other affiliated bodies. The number of delegates for each club is shown here and delegates must be registered with Zoom using this link which must be completed by the club secretary to register attendance and eligibility to vote. Registration must be completed by midnight on 17 October 2021.
2. Other Members with voting rights - this category applies to KCASA roles only
President, Vice President, Past Presidents, Honorary Life Members, Officers, other members of the Management Committee, Discipline/other Managers and other appointed role holders will all be automatically pre-registered and will not need to complete the registration process.
3. To register your attendance without voting rights
Any member may attend the ACM, but unless you meet the criteria listed in points 1 and 2 above, you will not be eligible to vote. However, please do check with your club or association secretary to see if there is a vacancy for a delegate. If there is no vacancy and you still wish to attend without voting rights, please use this link.
