Notices have been emailed out to all clubs, other affiliated organisations, President, Vice President, Past Presidents, Honorary Members, Officers, Management Committee, and Discipline/other Managers/appointed role holders confirming the date and time of this ACM, and the following documents will be accessible here and circulated ten days before the meeting:

Management Committee vacancies:

We currently have one Management Committee vacancy for a Kent London representative, for an initial one-year term and three existing members whose three-year term of office is due for re-election. We would really welcome new faces so, to make a nomination, please use the form below and return it by 6 September 2022.

We also have a vacancy for a Development Coordinator who also sits on the Management Committee.  If you are interested in the role, the role description is here and expressions of interest can be sent to the Chairman.  We also need Managers for Disability/Para swimming and for Diving.  Again, expressions of interest can be sent to the Chairman.

Edward G Maples Trophy:

One of the ACM presentations will be for the Edward G Maples Memorial Trophy 2022 which is your chance to nominate someone in your club who most probably regularly goes beyond the call of duty - especially during the last two difficult years. Please note that the closing date is 5 September 2022.
