Applications for Masters records must be made using this form within 28 days of the swim, and must comply with the conditions. Multiple applications will need to be completed and submitted individually.
If, after submission of an application, you believe you have made an error, please contact the Swimming Records Administrator as soon as possible.
Receipt of certificates might be several months after applications are submitted as they need to be checked and ratified - this tends to be in batches - before moving on to the printing and distribution stages. Having said that, we do try to complete the process in a timely manner.
You do not need to apply for records gained during County Masters Championship events as these will be automatically submitted.
Remember that a KCASA Masters records only apply to swims achieved during a Masters competition and will be accredited to the Kent club the swimmer is competing for at that competition.
Please note that if swum as an individual unpaced event, the names of the appointed Officials and Referee details must be given at the bottom of the form - failure to do so will mean that the application will not be considered.
