Kent Disability Swimming Squad Training Session

Kent Sport, Leisure and Olympics Service runs a monthly Disability Swimming Squad for disabled swimmers who want to develop their swimming further - maybe onto competitive regional, national or international level.
These County training sessions are open to swimmers with physical and/or sensory disabilities and/or learning disabilities. Swimmers must be 9 years or over and be competent swimmers.
It is very important that you keep well hydrated during the training session. Please ensure you bring at least two full plastic drinking bottles with you to have on poolside. No fizzy drinks, cans or glass bottles allowed on poolside you may like to bring a snack.
The monthly sessions for the final quarter of 2014 are:
- Saturday 20 September (13:15 – 14:30) at The Sennocke Centre (Sevenoaks School)
- Saturday 18 October (15.30 - 17.00) at Tonbridge School Sports Centre
- Saturday 1 November (15.30 - 17.00) at The Sennocke Centre (Sevenoaks School)
- Saturday ?? December (to be confirmed) (15.30 - 17.00) at Tonbridge School Sports Centre
