Tonbridge SC seek a Head Coach

Tonbridge SC is seeking a Head Coach for September onwards to further progress our competitiveness.

We are SwimMark accredited, currently have 225 swimming members, 45 club support members, and over coming years are keen to increase the flow of Kent and SER podium places.

The Chairman, Main Committee and coaching team will be keen to assist the new Head Coach in such endeavours.

• Level: Level 2

• Contract Type: Self-Employed or a contractor.
• Salary: c£25-35 per hour gross - depending on experience and qualifications.
• Working Hours: 14 training hours basic per week - 5 evening and 2 morning sessions. Additional hours for: administration, cover for other squads, galas, meets and any clinics (and expenses policy on request).
• Location: Tonbridge pools (x2) and 3 other pools in local area.
