Sad news about Fred Grimshaw ex-Head Coach of Saxon Crown plus Funeral Details

It is with much sadness that we report the death of Fred Grimshaw after a long battle over 13 years dealing with the repercussions of a severe stroke.  Many of you will remember him as the Head Coach of Saxon Crown (Lewisham) Swimming Club for a number of years until he retired from coaching.  

His funeral will be at Eltham Crematorium, Crown Woods Way at 1.00 pm on Wednesday 18th September.  Anyone able to attend will be very welcome to join the family afterwards, but they would like an idea of numbers for catering (to email Kay click here).
