Kent Junior Meet - Important Information

Withdrawals

Please remember to withdraw your swimmers no later than 15 minutes before warm up of each session

The cut off times are:

• Saturday Session 1 - 1345
• Sunday Session 2 - 0815
• Sunday Session 3 - 1215

If you fail to do so and there is an empty lane the Conditions enable us to charge a fine of £10 per swimmer not withdrawn. There will be no exceptions to this

Please therefore ensure all swimmers are withdrawn before the cut off times.

Entry Prices

The Price for individual sessions is £5 for each session or £10 for the whole of Sunday. Children 12 and under will be free

We will only accept cash so please try and bring the right change – we will particularly welcome payment by £5 notes

Wristbands will be issued in entry as proof of payment. Please wear the wristbands issued at all times.

Programme

There will no paper programme. The programme will be on the County website as soon as possible .

Parking

Please remember to enter your registration details on the iPads in the Medway Park reception area. Failure to do so will render you liable to a fine from the car park operator.

There are roadworks in the Medway Park area according to the venue so please allow sufficient time to get parked up in readiness for access to the Pool

Medals

Medals will be awarded to the top 6 in each event. Please be patient collecting medals - the medals table will only be able to hand out medals once the results for all age groups in each event have been published. The space round the medals table will be limited so do not encourage swimmers to try and collect medals whilst the particular event is still in progress. If possible please wait till the results have been formally announced.

Poolside access time

There will be no access to Poolside, the Changing Room or the Spectator balcony until 1.30 p.m. on Saturday and 8.30 a.m. on Sunday.

We will reserve the right to clear the balcony between the sessions on Sunday to check wristbands are appropriate to the attendance of session 3. Bags may be left in situ whilst this occurs.
