Kent Development Meet 2018 - Closing Date for entries 9 October
9th October 2018
All the great swimmers start with the grass roots of the sport, and that starts with events like the County Development Meet. We have kept a similar format to that of 2017 with the only changes being a reduction in the number of relays.
Our aim is to encourage more entrants, and to give more swimmers a chance to win a Kent Medal. As the title says, it is a development meet, so county qualifiers can't enter swims for which they have obtained a KCASA 2018 Championship's consideration time although the can enter events for which they have not achieved times.
Also, we have added a points table to enable selection for the Kent Development Camp in 2019. (See conditions for full details). And to help spread entries swimmers can enter a maximum of 6 events.
Also, please note the changes to poolside pass conditions.
