Kay Grimshaw OBE

Congratulations to Kent Swimming's own Kay Grimshaw on being awarded an OBE on the King’s honours list for her services to swimming.  She is the longest serving member of the Kent Swimming Management Committee and currently represents the Kent London clubs, ensuring that Rural and London clubs in the county are equally represented.  Not only that, she is currently chair of Bromley SC.

No-one can have failed to see her officiating at a gala over the last thirty-five years or so, at everything from club level to National competitions.  This honour acknowledges of the time and effort you have given to our sport, and is so well-deserved.
