James Guy Swim Camp at Eltham College

Saturday 18 September 2021 at Eric Liddell Sports Centre.   James will be accompanied by his two Olympic Gold medals and fellow GB international swimmers: Katie Latham and Michael Gunning, both of whom have competed at multiple World, European and Commonwealth championships.  The programme for the camp is below:

Session 1

• 1pm Dry side warm Up (30 mins)
• 1.30pm Pool - Butterfly; skills, drills & turns (90 mins)
• 3pm Talk: Processes of training and racing with Q&A (45 mins)

Session 2

• 4pm Dry side warm Up (30 mins)
• 4.30pm Pool - Freestyle; skills, drills & starts (90 mins)
• 6pm Talk: How I Became an Olympic Champion with Q&A (45 mins)

The cost of the camp is now £90 per session or £153 for both.
