Applications to Officiate - British Masters & Senior Age Group Championships - 1-3 April 2016

Applications are now open to officiate at the 2016 British Masters & Senior Age Group Championships, to be held from Friday 1^st to Sunday 3^rd April 2016 (inclusive) at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield.

All applicants must be qualified at least to Judge Level 1 and must possess a valid official’s licence.

British Swimming now expect volunteers to room share at national and international events. By doing this accommodation costs are reduced, which greatly helps in the operation and provision of a high class event for our competitors.

• If you have a preferred sharer please indicate this on your application form.
• If you have not expressed a preference you will be allocated a shared twin room with another official of the same sex.
• If you do not wish to share, you have the option to pay a supplement for a single room – please indicate this on your application form.
• If you have a medical condition that will prevent you from sharing a room please submit evidence of your medical condition to the Events Office (britishevents@swimming.org). This information will be kept confidential.

For this event:

• If travelling to the event by public transport, air travel must be agreed in advance and booked via British Swimming. Rail travel to be booked by the individual and claimed back via expenses.

• Accommodation will be at the Holiday Inn Express, Sheffield.

• The supplement payable for a single room will be £30 per night.

• Lunch will be provided, expenses of £15 per night for an evening meal will be payable to those staying overnight.

If you are applying for your first National event, please ensure that you also complete and return the attached supplementary form.
