Applications invited for 11-year-old Pathway Programme Skills Coaches

Kent County ASA are again implementing the County 11-year-old Pathway in accordance with the requirements of Swim England Programmes. We are now recruiting six Skills Coaches to work with the Head Coach appointed for the 2019 Programme (Martin Jurco of Black Lion). The roles are particularly aimed at Level 1 Coaches although we will consider applications from those more qualified. I will remain as the Programme Lead assisted by John King (the County Development Co-ordinator)
