This is an “Open” (Level 2) Skills Diving Competition and a chance for divers to gain their National recommended points. It is timed between the East Region competition in March and SE Region Skills in June. This gives the divers an added opportunity for them to gain extra competition experience and/or an extra chance for them to achieve the recommended National points.
During the course of 2017 Kent County ASA will be providing the Development Pathway for 11-year-olds being rolled out by the England Talent. Kent is one of the chosen counties for the scheme with it being rolled out nationwide in future years. Kent County Amateur Swimming Association was founded in 1891 by E J Plumbridge, and is a County Association in ASA South East Region and ASA London Region. The Association consists of two sub-Associations, Kent London Swimming Association (15 affiliated clubs) and Kent Rural Association (37 affiliated clubs).
