KCASA Swimming Officials Committee & Referees Meeting

Kent Officials Committee Meeting - Medway Park - Thursday 18^th October

At 7.30pm, prior to the committee meeting, all Kent Referees are invited to a Referees Meeting to discuss any topics that you wish to raise.

This is our annual meeting where problems, ideas and future plans can be discussed to ensure that we continue to provide a consistent and first class service to our Kent swimmers and their Clubs.

The topics suggested so far for the Agenda are

• Training Courses for 2019 /Course Leaders/Venues
• Assessments
• Swim England proposal for J1 application, payment and record of progress to be on line
• Kent Development Gala and 2019 Championships

If there is anything that you would like to discuss you will be welcome to raise it at the meeting. It would be helpful if you give me a note of the topic beforehand, so I can put it on the informal Agenda.

If you cannot make the meeting please let me have any questions/proposals/ideas that you would like to be discussed.

We will try and finish the meeting before 9.15 to give time for the Officials Committee Meeting to take place before 9.30.
