Kent's own Ben McDonald named as the new SE South East RCDO

Ben McDonald has joined the team of Club
Development Officers in the Region.
Since completing his Sport Coaching degree at University of Gloucestershire he
has held a number of aquatics roles including managing a swim school. He is
also a swimming and and water polo coach with his local club and volunteers as
the Region's Water Polo Manager, a voluntary role he will continue.
Based in Kent, Ben will be splitting his time between clubs in Kent and
Oxfordshire & North Bucks. He will also be the lead for:
- The Region's Young Volunteer Programme
- Team Manager Training Workshops, Conference and Update
- Support for Diving, Masters, Para Swimming and Synchro
