  • New Year J2 and J2S officials' training opportunities are now in the calendar with more to come!

    Watch this space for information on the new J1 training programme! Details of J2 and J2S officials workshops for 2020 have started to appear in the calendar, marked in red so you can easily plan your training progress to suit you. You don't need to attend the set of workshops at the same venue, but can attend different ones to fit in with other commitments. Also contact your club's officials coordinator for support.

  • KCASA Special Council Meeting update and second date details

    Whilst thanks are given to those who gave up their time to attend the SCM on 7 November, it was disappointing that there were insufficient to form a quorum and approve issues important to the county.  Notice is therefore given that there will be a second Special General Meeting arranged during the KCASA Swimming Championships on Saturday 25 January 2019 at Crystal Palace, at a time to be confirmed.  Please support your county, and mark it in your diaries now!

  • Kent's Masters finish in a creditable 9th position in the Swim England National Masters Inter-County Competition

    President Malcolm Keysell supported by officiating and wearing his gold chain for photographs.  There were a number of excellent swims and, with four South East teams in the top ten, it shows the strength of Masters in the Region!

  • Kent's National Inter-County Swimming Team Finishes in a brilliant third place, pipped to second by just one point!

    The atmosphere was vibrant, the noise was deafening and Ponds Forge was bursting with a team spirit and competitive energy. As the competitors and crowds gathered for the National County Team Championships, the Sheffield pool was awash with a sea of colour - green for Kent, as you can see!

  • Malcolm Keysell launches the fundraising for the President's charity

    KCASA President Malcolm Keysell chose the Air Ambulance Kent-Surrey-Sussex as his charity for his presidential year, launching the campaign at the Kent Development Meet at the end of October.  To involve your club, contact malcolm.keysell@kentswimming.org and he will be only too pleased to give you details on how you can participate.

Kent County Amateur Swimming Association was founded in 1891 by E J Plumbridge, and is a County Association in ASA South East Region and ASA London Region. The Association consists of two sub-Associations, Kent London Swimming Association (14 affiliated clubs) and Kent Rural Association (39 affiliated clubs).
