KCASA Masters Swimming Championships 2017

A very successful meet - the comments below say it all!

Great event, thoroughly enjoyed

Just wanted to say thanks for organising the championships, I really enjoyed them (after a 30 year break). My daughter Ellie bottled it when it came to taking split times and handing out medals etc but there’s always next year!

On behalf of RTW Masters SC and all the swimmers who took part yesterday. A big “Thank you” to you and the organisers for such a wonderful event.

It was very noticeable how you and everyone involved with organising the event, all worked extremely hard to provide a fabulous ‘Kent Gala’ that was very much enjoyed and appreciated by everyone attending.

Just a quick note from me to thank you and your team for all your efforts yesterday. Many small touches were noted and they really do make a difference to the whole experience (although personally I still feel that galas are for the youngsters and I’m just an old codger who refuses to accept not being a youngster anymore 😊)

Would like to say a big thank you for all the hard work that you and your must team have put into the event this year. I did like the information boards. Whole event probably the best run I have been to since starting in the mid nineties. Well done!

There were loads of positive comments about all sorts of things, the posters, the new trophies (Larkfield were over the moon!), the afternoon signing in, the posh new back sheet and even the whistle! (also the fact that the results were up before we even got home).

Congratulations on a fantastic Championship; we had a great time. We really enjoyed the competition. Do you know where Tonbridge came as I can't find it on the website? I was looking for the club placings. We were chuffed with our 4 golds, 8 silver and 6 bronze with 10 swimmers! Congratulations again and thank you very much for organising it.

Firstly as a returning swimmer at RTW I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed competing in the masters yesterday - thank you for all that you do behind the scenes!!

The day as an overall went really well, especially with the numbers of changes that were put into place. Nothing went majorly wrong and we can learn going forwards. The fact that both Land P were still happy even though they had got beaten was a very good indicator that the day went well. Awesome stuff in relation to the EBPs very impressive from Kent!

First of all - well done to you all and your teams of volunteers - an excellent day had by all! I didn’t hear any whinges which, translated, means that everyone enjoyed themselves. There was obviously a good entry and a creditable number of EBPs many of which, I am sure, will translate into County records

Well done yesterday, I thought the gala was well organised.

Thanks Glen, great day boys loved helping

Good champs

Very good meeting. Xxxx and Alan's boy Ethan? deserved a special prize.

Well done to everyone on their swims, and a big thank you to all for their hard work to make the event a success.
