Swim England has launched its 2017 Volunteer Satisfaction Survey to get feedback about experiences of volunteering in swimming and aquatics.
We recognise the vital role that volunteers play in the success of our sports Those people who give up their time at local, regional and national levels are integral to the work that we do.
To make sure that our volunteers are able to do the best job that they can, we need their feedback. Each year the Volunteer Satisfaction Survey identifies all of the things we are doing right and highlights any areas in which our volunteers feel they could use a little extra help.
We would encourage all Swim England volunteers to complete the survey. You could be an individual who helps out at your club a couple of hours a week. You might attend every Swim England national event. Whatever your role we want to hear from you. Your feedback is essential to judging where we are at the moment and what more we could do to support you and future volunteers.
Please help us improve the service we offer you by completing the survey. The survey will remain open until midnight on Wednesday 15 November 2017 and should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. And if you submit your email address, you will be entered into a draw!
The answers you provide will help us to shape the work and priorities of our Volunteer Engagement department. Your answers will be treated in confidence, in accordance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct, so please be as honest as possible.
