Sad announcement about June Piper, long-time member of KCASA

It is with sadness we report that June Piper passed away very peacefully on Saturday 29 September in hospital. Her funeral is to be held on Tuesday 23 October at 2.30 pm at St Mary’s Church, Hadlow.
Following the service everyone is most welcome to continue our celebration of our love for June and all that she achieved in her life at June’s house: Elm Cottage, The Square, Hadlow TN11 0DD (on the opposite side of The Square then through large gates) and which is within walking distance of the church.
Donations if desired to the Restore Support Network of which June's daughter, Mary, is the Chairman. This is a national registered charity providing personalised one-to-one support for older people in prison prior to release, as well as for those with criminal convictions in the community who are over 50 years of age with physical, mental health or social care needs

June was a stalwart of both Beckenham Swimming Club and Kent County ASA for many, many years and will be sadly missed.
